i was thinking about this last night and realized thatsince i got my new bike my average monthly milage has gone up considerably.
about 2 mths ago, i was averaging about 400mls a mth.
now since ive received the new bike, my milage has just about doubled.
yes, i know what people are saying, that its new bike syndrome and that it will soon wear off. i realise that, yes to a point it is new bike syndrome, but also realise that this was something that i needed to do for myself as a person trying to get back to racing after a 15 year layoff.
anyway, thats my story, whats your average monthly milage, and have you increased or decreased it lately?

I've had my new bike for two years now and the new bike syndrome has yet to wear off. May it never. Doesnt mean of course that I dont window shop for getting another. 😄
I average about 800 miles a month. Its goes up or down from that slightly due to life stuff. That's been par for the course for around two years now. I'd like to do more, but its about al I can afford time-wise at the moment.

I only average around 400, but it is almost all climbing due to the terrain here.
