  1. Hi folks,

I'm producing a list of definitions for dietry requirements. I want to
quantify what is meant by 'low fat', 'low cholestorol' etc. Is there
some official source that lists the amounts per 100g of food to qualify
    for terms like these?

    TIA,

    Will McGugan
