I've been a triathlete since 2001 but have been in and out of the sport over the years. Recently, a number of fellow triathletes have seen me and commented that I have lost a lot of weight so I thought it would be a good idea to briefly share my story. I know there are many endurance athletes asking themselves " I'm doing all this exercise, why cant I lose the extra weight?" or "why don't I have Abs?", Etc, Etc....
After years of trying every diet imaginable I was introduced to a nutrition plan that changed my life, and my body. In 8 months I lost 25lbs of fat and gained 14lbs of muscle. My body fat went from 16% to under 5%. Nutrition is something I've always been passionate about (I could talk about it for hours, sad I know) and have learned that it is the single most important element to getting lean.
