  1. Need to remove a Sunrace Free Hub Body. No it won't come off like
Shimano with an 8 mm Allen wrench. Is there a special tool? I can see
that it splinded in there with the help of a flash light. Why its worn
out with to much play that the chian jumps cogs.

I think you may be confusing some terms... If the chain is jumping, I
think you want to replace a Sunrace cassette, not the entire freehub
body. To do so, you need a cassette tool and probably a chain whip. You
can see an image of the cassette and the tools at this link:

Scroll waaaay down to find the tools.

Don't forget to get a new chain, too!

Everyone confesses that exertion which brings out all the powers of body
and mind is the best thing for us; but most people do all they can to
get rid of it, and as a general rule nobody does much more than
circumstances drive them to do. -Harriet Beecher Stowe, abolitionist and
    novelist (1811-1896)

'Like shimano' is a 10mm allen. Worn perhaps but jumping cogs I don't
    get.
