I know this must sound like a really stupid question, but i've heard people say it several different ways (I live in Vermont, people pronounce everything strange), so any response would be appreciated.

I say it "col-nah-go". I guess you could say it that way with a faux Italian accent too.
What other way is there, the middle syllable being a short "a" sound?
On a related note, is the "W" in "Wilier Triestina" a "vee
-sound or a "w"-sound?

I say "Col-nay-go". That's the another way to say it ;-)
"Col-nar-go" seems just as common...
