how do i set it up???

i am borrowing a blackburn mag trak stand from a friend and they didnt have directions to set it up. so i was wondering if anyone had one or knew how to set it up could help me

Knobs set position over ends of rear QR skewer.
Lock position with "wing nuts"
Knob on reistance unit adjust to just distort tire. Tire should not slip under hardest effort. It it slips, it will wear much more quickly. So tighten until it no longer slips under your hardest effort.
