Obvioulsy the idiots who allowed their blood to be transfused are
those to blame, but I thought that the so-called "longitudinal" checks
would prevent guys to dope off-season. Wouldn't the whole doping
techinques of Fuentes and Co (EPO off season->blood
removed->reinjected during the season) be easily caught if that had
been done properly ?
