Botox has nothing to do with hemorrhoids. You may be
thinking of sclerotherapy with other sclerosing agents.
Botox in the rectum anywhere could lead to some unpleasant
surprises.
Hemorrhoids won't block the rectum, however a prolapsed
internal hemorrhoid that won't reduce can strangulate and
become gangrenous. That can be a problem and usually
requires urgent surgery.
Alternate treatments for internal hemorrhoids include rubber
band ligation (an office procedure, usually), formal
hemorrhoidectomy (ouch!), or PPH. For info on PPH, look at
