While I was down in Olympia today, I pulled up next to a fellow who had a
toddler in a child seat. I was in the right hand turn lane, to get to the
freeway; he was going straight. While we were stopped at the light, I rolled
down the window, and said, "hey, you guys qualify for the HOV lane!" I was
pleased to get a smile back.

It's probably the only witty remark he's heard from a passing car all
month!
