  1. hi; did you mean hot as in jalapeno??

    Hot Spinach Dip

    1 Tbsp. vegetable oil 1 med. onion, chopped 2 tomatoes, peeled, seeded & chopped 2 Tbsp.
    Jalapenos, chopped
    1 (10oz.) pkg. frozen spinach, thawed & excess liquid squeezed out 2 cup grated Monterey Jack
    cheese 6 oz. cream cheese, softened 1 cup half & half Olives, drained 1 Tbsp. red wine vinegar
    Salt & pepper to taste

    Saute onions in oil until soft. Add tomatoes and Jalapenos and saute for 2 more minutes. Transfer to
    large oven-proof casserole dish. Add remaining ingredients to casserole dish and mix well. Bake in
    preheated 400 degree oven for 35 minutes. Serve warm with corn chips or cocktail rye bread.
