  1. I'm looking for some suggestions.

My company is considering opening a booth at a local
farmer's market selling pasta-made-to-order. The idea is to
cook the past with a marinara or cream sauce with all the
fixings (shrimp, vegetables, meat, etc) to order. We've seen
this done in a local restaurant where they used 4 butane
burners with small omelet pans. They had a stack of pans to
used and someone would come and take the dirty ones away to
    be cleaned.

We want to do this in a farmer's market environment so we
won't have a full-blown kitchen available to us. There will
also be one person working by themselves.

I hope someone could suggest the follow:
    - An easy way to cook pasta and sauce, to order, as
efficiently as possible (we need to use less pans and
    clean less often)
    - Any unique pasta meals to suggest

    Thanks for any suggestions.

Pre-cook the pasta at your home base to just short of al
dente. Finish it off at the site by immersing in boiling
water for a min or so, drain and into the heated sauce.

    Crockpot to melt butter

    Ladle some on pasta.

    Sprinkle on some parmesan cheese.

    Snip some herbs

    Mix

    Serve.
