| Chris Horner hung in there with Ullrich, Rogers, Schleck, and others and
| maintained his 7th place overall today in Switzerland. Tomorrow will be a
| ball buster with 3 HC climbs. I hope Horner doesn't crack and slip out of
| the top 10.

He got dropped by the Maillot Jaune group but caught back on before the
finish. But with the collapse of Jeker, he's the highest placed rider on
SDV.

Gapping your GC guy is nice way to finish a stage. Can't tell without

From what I saw on the broadcast (not very good coverage. The director
doesn't seem to be very skilled at following a race.)-

Horner was dropped with about 3 km to go. He caught back on about a km later
with McGee (who had been dropped a bit earlier). Then at the finish, Rogers
was pushing it at the head of the bunch to keep Gonzalez from taking too
much time and Horner couldn't keep up with the pace.
