Hi My Hope Minis are great when they've just been set up with new pads, but as the pads wear the levers pull almost to the bars, but there's still a lot of pad left and they're not ready for changing. How do I solve this problem? Do I have to keep bleeding them as the pads wear? Regards Andy

I don't get it. Hope mini's are an open system so they should be self adjusting. Keep bleeding when pads wear should not be necessary.
Could it be due to a leak on the system, then? I've checked and there's no obvious sign of fluid leakage.

If you don't see any fluid leakage this is not likely. Maybe there is some air in the system, but I assume that you bleeded the system. To be honest I have not much practical experience with Hope mini.....yet. Tomorrow my LBS is installing one on my singlespeed as the only brake (no rear brake; to much weight ;-)).
