Some years ago I bought some cycle capes for the family labelled "The Hooley". I think I got them from the CTC shop. They are the best capes I've ever used being strong, pliable and remaining relatively soft in cold weather. I would like to buy another but the CTC doesn't do them any more.
Does anybody out there know where I can buy one of these???
