  1. Planning on having enchiladas Sunday. I have a tortilla press but also
    have a brandy new, unused by human hands pasta roller that I got for
    Christmas.
    So.....I was wondering.
    Anyone ever try it?
    Biggest concern that I can see is the dough sticking. Always use wax
    paper with the tortilla press but doubt that'll work with the pasta roller.
    Input???
    Thanks in advance.

    I've only ever made 'pasta' as crepes and for that I didn't roll anything.
    I simply spooned a bit of batter into the pan and then turned the crepe and
    turned it out onto waxed paper. It was simply a French 'tortilla'. Sorry,
    no idea about what you're looking for.

    Since it's easy enough to make corn tortillas with the tortilla press,
    using the pasta maker seems a waste of time. Give it a try if you like;
    dust the masa with a little flour before putting it through the pasta
    rollers. Remember that there isn't any wheat gluten in tortilla masa;
    won't behave like wheat flour dough.
