When using a recipe that requires Marshmallow Creme, can I
substitute by using Marshmallows? Do I melt them and add
other ingredients?

Experiment. Put your marshmallows in a large stainless pan
over a pot of simmering water and stir/whip constantly until
the marshmallows are melted.See if that works for your recipe.

marshmallows might make the marshmallow set up less stiff. I
suppose it would depend on the recipe. Does your recipe need
