I was wondering about the ground hugger XR2 plans I have seen on the

Anyone built one and what are your thoughts on the plans are they worth
the money?

I was surprised when I went to the feedback site, about half way down
the page was World Solar Challenge 2001, from Alice Springs to
Adelaide, Australia: and it sure looks like the XR2, otherwise I have
never seen one.
