Hole in knick.

Minor issue. Best would be to get a small patch on the inner side and hand sew it on. An alternative is to use an iron on patch but I don't like that idea of heat on lycra.

Thank you sogood. That's a good idea, but will it fray over time.
I will take it to the alterator tomorrow, as I can not sew.

Wait -- do you think the hole was there when you bought them or did you wear them and fall? Is the hole next to a seam? If you haven't worn them, the shop should absolutely make an exchange. If they refuse, I would email Pearl Izumi and explain the situation. If you wore them and a hole just "developed" I would also email PI as their products should wear better.

What a coincidence, this happen to me too with some tights.

I have the shebeest wind pros, very nice and cozy, but discovered a small hole just like ktrinh did. I will try those patching suggestions you all gave.
