I have about a $700 max budget...I've been looking at a Trek 1000 SL, Specialized Allez Triple. I haven't seen Giant or Scott with anything in that price range. I think that is all that the LBS carry around this area...maybe LeMond too...but not sure.
Which one do you think would be a better starter bike. Also...What to look for in a Road Bike??? I really hate the "which is better" question...but I haven't been around road biking long enough to know what differences there are.
