  1. Ive been riding a year now and I am doing 200+mile weeks now and I feel ive hit a peak, I can average between 17mph and 18mph city riding, lately ive decreased to below 17mph, I have no idea why im not improving, I have been putting in more hill climbs but I dont like being under 17mph. If I am out on country roads I can easily average 19-20mph over long distances solo riding. Any advice is appreciated to improve

  2. I advise training with a strong partner that will push you a little.Solo rides are great but now and then you need to ride with a animal to keep it real.

  3. I am planning to join a club to try and help me improve and prepare me for races.
