Hitch Bike Rack Question

Long as you have it locked, and it doesn't interfere with using the back
door, I see no reason to remove it.

The one that I had on my Toyota truck pretty much stayed put the whole time
the year that I had it. Of course, at the time I didn't have a garage or
anything, so it was the best place to keep it.
