  1. Hi All,

Is this correct? When I update my threshold power to a higher value the historic (summary tables) values for TSS (at the old threshold power level) all change?

I thought the TSS levels would change for new workouts beyond the 'effective date'?

Go to the drop down... and select "New Zones". Set the effective date to the date you want (today i assume) and then type in your new FTP.

Unless you use the "New Zones" in the pull down menu the FTP change will be added across the board to all previous dates, changing your PMC. Luckily you can use the New Zones pulldown either on the day when you'd like to change your FTP or you can use that option and type in some past date if you neglected to do so at the time.
