Despite carefully adjusting my riding position so that my saddle height is such that my heal (shoeless) is about 1cm clear of the pedal at the 6 o'clock position - I am still noticing some hip tilt. I have had to lower my saddle about 2cm in increments to get into this new riding position. Should I keep lowering the saddle until this tilt disappears and my hips are stationary?
I have used other formulae such as putting my heal on the pedal at the 6 o'clock position or using a percentage of my inner leg measurement.
