Are there glasses that have a small/thin middle bridge... or maybe a transparent middle bridge?
I purchased some Ryders cycling glasses and I find they block the inside peripheral view of both my eyes because of the large central bridge that rests the glasses on my nose.
The glasses are rimless on the bottom, which I thought would solve most visibility problems, but I didn't think about inside peripheral.
I'm really reluctant to use them, because I bike mostly in the city. With these glasses on, it's harder to look at my surroundings. I find it's harder to see things in my peripheral (both ways), and it's harder to look over my left shoulder. The glasses are pretty much sitting on my table not being used.
I realize that bridge needs to be large to be comfortable on your nose. But since I don't ride longer than 1hr at any given time, I wouldn't mind a smaller bridge.
