Hi, I am new to this sport, really new. I have been strugling to get around on a half dead mountain bike, really heavy. I am tired before I get to work ๐
I have seen 4 bikes for sale on internet auctions. but I know nothing about bikes.
They are all about the same price which one would you buy?
One of the key elements in picking the right bike is whether it is the right size for you. The four auctions you point to are from a range of sizes. (52 - 60 cm)
From what I see, they all seem like reasonable bikes for commuting.
How tall are you? What is your inseam length?
Also, it is not uncommon to get tired easily when a person starts riding, that goes away with time. The best thing you can do is keep riding! ๐
I started commuting 20 years ago, in my early 30s. Even with the years, and the wear and tear on this old corpse, it's easier now than it was when I first started.
As for being tired. Sounds like you just need to get in a bit better shape.[/QUOTE] Ouch that hurts! I know I drive everywere hence the bike. I bought one really happy with it, my 1st real bike ๐
now I am trying to work out how to pump up the tyres ๐
