Nice time in the Queens Half.
And despite being on Long Island the course takes you up and down a lot
of hills.

I always do well in races where Queens or Queers are involved. Butt I
tend to lose on purpose, and fall on my hands and knees.

I like "up and down" and "in and out" too!

Thanks! The course is rolling but it was a good day for it, nice and cool, and
it's less hilly than the park, so a lot of us ran good times. I'm just pleased
that I stuck it out and split not too badly positive after going out at a pace
that was starting to hurt quite a bit at the halfway mark.
Cheers,
