Now I can stop wondering how on earth they can put scalloped potatoes in a box. (smile) They weren't bad, pretty good for something you just mix together and bake!

And if you don't try to compare them to the homemade version (which is an 'apples and oranges' thing, IMHO), they can be quite tasty. I like a couple of the "Noodle Roni" products too...
