Does Chamomile tea leaves contain any sugar? This is probably a strange
question, but I am wondering if I need to brush my teeth after drinking
some, or can I enjoy a cup right before bed without brushing.
Thanks for any replies.

I'm not a tea drinker but I'm pretty sure chamomile tea is made from
the flowers... don't think it contains any significant sugar but will
likely stain your teeth so unless you don't mind having yellow
choppers you should brusher, brusher, brusher, Bucky Beaver.

I only tinker with herbed teas. Just on a personal issue I would brush. Tea
stains.

No sugar in tea, but it can stain your teeth so you should brush.
