So, my question is, how do i ride this thing!!! i can sit on it with the
help of daddys work bench, but i get about 1/4 of a pedel and i go BOOM.

There have been many threads on this in this forum, so you may want to
use the Search feature on keywords like riding tips, beginners, etc.

The main thing is don't get discouraged, and realize that every fall you
take brings you closer to being able to ride with out so many falls.
It's not like learning to ride a bike where a good push can get you
started. It's really the process of repetition that matters, which lets
your brain get used to the whole balance change it needs to cope with to
help you stay upright.

The workbench is a good way to start. Remember to keep your weight
solidly on the seat, resisting the urge to put most of your weight on
your feet/pedals. Posture nice and upright, then lean slightly forward
and start pedaling. You'll keep falling, but over time you should be
able to go further and further before falling. First a 1/4 pedal turn,
then a half, then 1, then 3, then 7, etc. Just set yourself little
targets. I started using a neighbor's fence and our front sidewalk. I
kept shooting for the next crack in the sidewalk, and I'd eventually get
there, then set sights on the one after.

I'm not articulating well, but run those searches and you'll find plenty
of good advice. Keep at it and don't get discouraged! With practice,
you'll be riding in no time.
