  1. hi
I managed to lose a day's training by pressing both buttons down for too long ๐Ÿ™ ๐Ÿ™ . but I have a similar ride from last week. Could one of you wko experts please advise how I can take a copy of one session and get wko to recognise it

    thanks

Double click on the good ride on your calendar.

Go to the graph. Highlite the entire ride (or all that you want) with the mouse. In the menu Click 'Edit', then 'Copy' (Right click does not work.)

    Go back to the calendar.

Double click on the date that you want the new ride (Assumimg there is nothing on this date.) Go to the graph. Click 'Edit", 'Paste'

    Save.
