  1. Hello All,

I am after some training drills to do in the off season to increase times over 40 and 90km races.

    Any help would be appreciated.

  2. I always wondered how Aussies deal with winter during "normal" summer months!!!

Without knowing anything about you, all I can say is keep riding your bike. Get a coach or get some good books and figure out what you need.

Whatever you do, don't get lazy and take time off your bike. If the weather is bad, ride indoors on a trainer.

    Good luck!!!
