I am looking for a road bike for under 300$.... I know I know, you get what you pay for. Be that as it may I am still looking for a bike in that price range. So please no,,, "your 300 now will end up being 500 later so may as well spend more now" Also I don't know enough about bikes to know if im getting a good deal on craigs list or not. So Im not gonna shop for a used bike.
I will be using this bike on a well paved bike path about 12 miles round trip to and from my gym several times a week. Other than that It won't get much use, at least for now with my busy work schedule. Thats why I want to keep the price low.

The Schwinn bike is one of my considerations even though people say not to buy an xmart bike. At least I have heard of Schwinn whearas I have never even heard about the others listed. I dont mind rebuilding and tuning it. I would really like an opinion on the bike itself without a bias on where it was bought.
I really appreciate any help and opinions about which of these may be best for me. Thank you.
