I just got new shimano shoes and eggbeaters but I am not sure how to set them up. There is 20mm of
fore and aft adjustment as well as rotation. Please advise.

If your feet normally angle in or out, you might accomodate that with the rotation. Everyone is different, so I think you will just have to try it and see.

I find the easy release 'setting' (explained in directions by setting marked cleat on right shoe, I
think) to be the best on the 'bent.sj
