  1. A friend of mine is ill at the moment, her symptoms includes:

    Sometimes loss of co-ordination.
    Unusual tired feeling.
    Pins & Needles.
    Loss of bladder control.
    Constipation.
Weakness in limbs - won't hold her up.
    Sometimes sees double.
Speech sometimes slurred and much slower than normally.
    Twitching of right arm.
Spine sometimes feels as though she has an electric shock going up it.
Very painful back at times & has to lay down.
Has to shift her legs by hand.
    Sometimes legs feel numb.

Does anyone know anything about it?

So has she had a good diagnostic workup? A few of those symptoms are, for
example, consistent with diabetes. Rule out the known possibilities first.

Hmmm....really, it's not a good idea to seek diagnoses over the internet.
Anyone can say whatever they like about this but what the hell can they know
unless they see that friend of yours. Don't take advice over the internet in
the way of take this or that herb, medicine or other type of treatment: you
may end up hurting the situation by doing that. Please take that friend to a
health professional and seek a real diagnosis.

There are any number of things that can cause these symptoms, and most
of the ones that come to my mind are pretty scary. (Stroke, brain
    tumor, etc.)

Take your friend to a doctor.
