Hello Guys,
I don't know much about cycling but I have a group presentation so I thought what better than to ask in a cycling forum for help. Basically I need to test someone in the following areas
vO2 Max Power:Weight ratio Cycling Economy HR Zones Anaerobic threshold
I was wondering how I go about testing someone in these areas and what tests will be optimal ?
