I just got a new bike this afternoon, however the front wheel wasn't on, neither was the handlebars or the seat. I got some spanners and 1 screw but no instructions as to how to put them all together! I haven't got a clue how to put the wheel on and haven't got antone to ask. Can any of you help me please?!

We will need a little more information than what you have provided us. What kind of bike is it? Actually it would be better if you could attach some photographs of the bike, wheels, and handlebar to your post. A detail photo of where your seat post goes into the the frame and where the handle bar either attach to the steerer tube or fit into the steerer tube would also be helpful.
