  1. I know you are supposed to ride with your PM, but I had been working all week and remembered I needed a light to join a friend on a double century (Knoxville Double out of Vacaville, CA) since he wanted to start at 5:30 am and I did not have the right size clamp for the PM bike 🙁

Anyway, it was just as well since he ended up having an off day so we did not push on this "social" 201 mile jaunt with 12,500 feet of climbing.

I am thinking of putting down an IF of around 0.7 since I did some soft pedaling and waiting in the middle but also put the hammer down on some pacelines where I did more than my share on the front. I rode Mt. Tam double at about 0.77 IF, but I did not ride quite as hard here. Thoughts?

just go through your files and find as similar a day to this day as you can and put that... if you use performance manager to gauge your workload then any reasonable approximation is better than putting a zero for the day

I'm afraid to be sure you'll need to complete the ride again with your power meter fitted. Hope that helps😉

Yeah, this is what I do for the single-speed MTB rides. I just look for a recent ride that left my legs feeling about the same and copy it with a note.

Yep, I did that and it gives me about 685 TSS points for the day.

No wonder I needed some recovery ...
