I recently bought a used Bianchi bicycle in Croatia. I have not been able to identify the model and year of production. During my search online, I found your site to be very informative and useful.
I was wondering if you could help me identify this bicycle.

Bicycle has original red paint, with black decals.
I can see that one decal starts with CA. I think it used to say CAMPIONE. Gears are SIMPLEX. Brakes are DIA COMPE.
The only number I can find on it is 78378.
I would really appreciate your help identifying this bicycle, so I can restore it to its original condition.
