  1. Hi, me again, cuddly Peter Fox, even if I have changed email address and
    web address. (Definitely not the same since I lost the ability to randomly
    change sigs.)

    In a mad fit of technical gizmoology I've set up a wiki with the specific
    aim of giving new and 'thinking about it' cyclists information and
    encouragement to make their experience more enjoyable and satisfying.

    <http://cycle-newbie.wikidot.com>

    How can you help? By looking at it and filling in the gaps. I've done
    quite a bit, but there's lots of simple things missing that I don't know
    anything about such as off-road for beginners and what's in your local neck
    of the woods that newbies should know such as clubs, training and nice
    rides. There's a forum in the wiki where you can leave suggestions or just
    get on with editing it. (To edit you'll need the magic word : dingaling )

    The whole wiki-thing is new to me so it may not be a totally smooth
    experience but it could be warmer than being out on the bike on Sunday.
