Hi all,
me and my wife are, or I should say, were mountain bikers, but some evil idiot just stole both our mountain bikes. Anyway, not to dwell on that, we've not really been doing much off-roading recently anyway, and so we've decided to make the move to thin tyres.
Now we're not new to bikes, and cover about 20km a day at a reasonable pace, and I was wondering if you guys have any advice for moving onto road bikes? We're looking at the Cannondale 1000 for my wife ( the women's version because she's quite small ) and something like the Trek 2000 for me.
From what I've seen I don't think we can go too far wrong with these bikes, but I thought it'd be a good idea to see what some other people thought
