This is probably one of the stupidest questions ever posed here: Can anyone please advise the best
way to adjust a double strap head band on my goggles (eyeline). They're not a split strap, its one
strap doubled over to essentially make 2 straps. Can't wait to get in the pool to try them out...

is there not a little bit of plastic somewhere on the strap ? how is the strap held into a loop ?
