help !

When you put the wheels on make sure that the disc's go into the disc brake body and on the back of the bike make sure that the chain goes around both sides of the cassete in the rear. tighten the small knobs on the Quick Release and then, when the quick release is sufficently tight close it until it lies within 5 mm of the frame.

Sorry, I couldn't offer you a better explanation, in real life I can do this in ten seconds. but if you still can't get the wheels on just go to a bike shop and they will show you how.

remember to put the little plastic things in the between the breaks while the wheel is out, and DONT SQUEEZE THE BREAK HANDLE otherwise you will need to drain the brakes and rechrge them with new hydraulic fluid. if your not sure take it too someone who knows what there doing and get them to show you!

Thanks yep the brakes had been squeezed so bike is now at bike shop little frustrating as im keen to get out on it .
