and I am not trying to be a smart ass.... I was looking for some local stuff here in new jersey and I did a search for exactly what I was looking for and I was actually surprised at all the ingormation that popped up... for example try doing a search for "cycling group rides spokane washington" you might get a lot of good search results... also try your local bike shop.
