  1. I've read quite a few posts dealing with heel pain, and what is the
best things to do for it. I have a question that is a bit different
that I would like some input on. I obviously either have achillies
tendonitis or Haglund's Deformity, something at the back of the heel
that causes the stiffness, pain when starting, decreasing in the
middle of the run and sometimes even gone at the end of the run, to
reoccur later. One of the recommendations is a heel cup or lift to
take some of the pressure off of the tendon. Well, to make things
more complicated, I also have hip unleveling, so I must (should) wear
a lift in one side, my case the right side. The hip unleveling is
pretty severe. I also have a damaged/misplaced bone in my left foot
that causes that foot to turn outward a bit more than the other, and
there is a noticable lump below my ankle bone. My question is, should
I try to stack heel lifts so that there are two in the right side, one
in the left, to help with both the unleveling and the heel pain? I
only have this pain in the left side, of course the one that has no
lift. The lift in the right foot is the highest one that the
chiropractor has. I'm therefore afraid of going too high on the right
    foot with two lifts.
