  1. Getting back into road biking after about a 20 year layoff - needless to say I am about 100 lbs heavier at 39 than I was at 19. I got a set of cycleops rollers used and tried them out today. I don't plan on being 290 (6'4"😉 for long - however I wanted to use the rollers along with running to get some weight off before spring. Is it my weight thats causing the difficult time I am having using the rollers or do I just need some practice???

You're weight shouldn't be an issue on the rollers. Your lack of balance and time of the bike are likely what is causing your issues on the rollers. Practice, practice, practice.

So far i am down to 255 and holding kind of steady for now, but i havent even thought about (let alone ride) my bike (other than ordering $200 worth of parts for it sunday) since november....LOL
