  1. Hi there,
Im thinking about doing the following workout, and need some advice if you
    think its ok.
I am interested in getting stronger, but want to be a bit more cut.
    1.Squat - 1 set of 20 reps
    2 Clean 2 sets 15
    3. Barbell Rowing 2 sets 15
    4.Incline Press 2 sets 15
    5.Flyes or Pec deck 2 sets 15
    6.Barbell Curl
    7.Shrug
I am thinking of doing this on a Monday, Tuesday being CV,Wednesday OFF,
Thursday, same routine, but a Deadlift instead of the Clean,
Also for this workout I want to do all exercises 3 sets of 5.....
So basically High reps, lighter weight on a Monday, Low reps, heavier weights
    on a Thursday.
    Then Friday its CV again.
I only want to train 4 days a week as my job is quite physical and have
    other intersts as well.
    What do you think?
    Cheers,
    Vinnie. [/b]

Try also using heavier weights for fewer reps but more sets.

    Eat less.

It is really not more complicated than that.

Add Deadlifts and flat presses somewhere in there?
Some sets for triceps might not hurt either, altho' incline and flat
presses will hit them somewhat depending on your grip.
No abs? I also don't see anything for lower back, altho' squats will do
those a bit from what I feel when I do them.

Reconsider your breakup. Working full body once per week works best for
me... But that's me. ;-) Due to my work schedule, I do Teus. thru Fri.
    and have 3 days off.

I'd not go quite that far...
Different types of calories have different effects IME.
