Heavenly Hash Cake
4 eggs
2 cup sugar
1 cup (2 sticks) margarine
4 Tbsp. cocoa
1 1/2 cup self-rising flour
2 cup pecans
2 tsp. vanilla
1 pkg. lg. marshmallows
--Icing:--
4 Tbsp. cocoa
4 Tbsp. butter, melted
1 lb box confectioners sugar
8 Tbsp. milk
Beat eggs slightly. Add sugar and stir. Add oleo, melted. Add 4
tablespoons cocoa. Add flour and pecans. Add vanilla. Pour into 9 x 13
x 2 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees until done. Cut marshmallows in half
and place on cake while still hot. (Cut side down.) Mix icing
ingredients and pour on top of marshmallows. Let cool.
