is not accurate. If you are young, healthy, and not having any
symptoms, probably nothing to worry about (guessing that if you
counted for 10 seconds that you get only around 30 beats).--

That is on the high side. The formula is 220 minus your age. If
you're 20 years old, your predicted max would be 200. The standard
deviation is 12 beats per minute. At 240, then, you'd be three SD
away. Not unheard of, but rare. (assuming you're 20). I'd suggest
