I read somewhere that at 50% of your Max HR you can hold a conversation, and
at 75% it starts to become slurred, is this right, because at 75% I can hold
a good conversation, with just a little fast breathing.
On the question of breathing, when your fanging it at 40k's an hour +, what
breathing method do you use ?

On the question of breathing, when your fanging it at 40k's an hour +,
what
breathing method do you use ?I cant remember reading anything detailed on breathing teqnique other than
make sure you are relaxed and take breathing as it comes naturally.. there
was something the other day I read about ensuring your 'out' breath was full
as your body takes care of the 'in' itself.. either way.. I find using a
HRM, knowing my limits, 'listening' to my body (sounds teh ghey but I'm sure
you'll know what I mean), and rhythm rhythm rhythm works for me...cheers,
GPL
:not that there is anything wrong with that: -

On the question of breathing, when your fanging it at 40k's an hour +, what
breathing method do you use ?How did you find your max HR? Actual max HR test or using the "standard
population" age minus 20/25 calc?As for the % above, I haven't heard them before. I think 75% is only about
65% EFFORT and should be conversational pace.Tam

For example some girls can talk even at 200% effort level and 20% lung capacity hey Tamyka 🙂

<snip>You're a [censored], just like Lotte 😉 Wait a sec, you remembered what I
said. That's not very masculine of you. 😄Did you also remember Lotte and I deciding to become man-hating
lesbians? (This shouldn't affect hippy, who is OS, or Paulie, who is
more of a boy anyway.)Tam
