  1. There has been a lot of discussion here lately regarding healthy food to me too. My problem is - I
don't like the raw food, because the taste is not good. Isn't there some way that you can make the
food that is good for you and the taste is good? How do you eat healthy, when raw foods don't taste
good? Isn't healthy living expensive? Do you shakes sound like your type of "healthy food"?

Why do you assume that only raw food is healthy? I suggest you take a look at Tom Billings' site,
<http://www.beyondveg.com> (which is not an anti- vegetarian site; Billings himself is a
vegetarian). Billings shows good evidence that many beliefs about the health benefits of a purely
raw diet are merely dogma and that many people who vigorously propound such beliefs don't really
follow them. Be sure to read his essay on "functional and dysfunctional lunch-attitudes."

Your taste can adjust to what you eat. You health cannot adjust to inadequate nutrition. You
    decide which is important.

Not compared to the price of medical care!
